This online store is operated independently by the Merch Store.  All orders, customer service inquiries, payments, and account operations are managed exclusively by us.

2. Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer

We utilize third-party print-on-demand suppliers and fulfillment centers (including Printful, Inc.) to manufacture, print, package, and ship our products.

• No Direct Customer Relationship: Our fulfillment partners produce goods solely on a contract basis and do not maintain a direct business, legal, or customer-service relationship with you, the customer.

• Returns & Contacts: Do not contact our fulfillment partners directly, send legal notices to their corporate offices, or ship unapproved returns to their facility addresses. All inquiries must go through contact@tom-ritchie.com

3. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, graphics, branding, text, and artwork displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Tom Ritchie (or used under license) and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Because products are custom-made upon order placement, orders enter production rapidly. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reason of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply chain disruptions. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tom Ritchie and or the Tom Ritchie Merch store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or harm resulting from the use of purchased products, delivery delays or extra costs caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance delays, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
