Shipping policy

All of our products are made-to-order specifically for you once an order is placed. Estimated delivery times are divided into two phases: Fulfillment Time (manufacturing) and Shipping Time (transit).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Fulfillment Time: Standard production takes 2–5 business days before your item ships.

  • Domestic Shipping (US): Standard transit takes 3–6 business days.

  • International Shipping: Standard transit takes 5–20 business days depending on destination and local customs processing.

Estimated Total Delivery: Most US orders arrive within 5–9 business days from the date the order is placed.

Order Tracking & Multi-Item Orders

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

  • Split Shipments: If your order contains different product types (e.g., a t-shirt and a ceramic mug), items may be produced at different facilities and ship separately. You will receive separate tracking links for each shipment at no extra cost.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are the customer's responsibility, as we have no control over local customs policies.

Address Errors & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout, the package will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipping fees once an updated address is confirmed.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking indicates your package was lost prior to delivery, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can issue a free replacement.
